The Triple C Stables, a ministry of Grand View Camp, sponsors a leadership program called “The Brand”. The Brand program is a spiritual leadership course that uses the framework of teaching basic horsemanship to illustrate spiritual truths and make application to the Christian life. While enjoying the rest of camp life in the White Mountains, there will be special challenge times to take what we have observed about God’s creation, what we have learned from His Word, and apply it to our life as God’s people.

Registration Instructions:

2. Provide information to your pastor to e-mail a recommendation letter to the camp office.
3. After completing both of these items you will receive confirmation from the camp office.

This program is for ladies entering 10th -12th grade. 

Because this program is a spiritual leadership course you must have a testimony of saving faith in Jesus Christ. You will also need a referral from your pastor, youth worker, or a mentor in a Bible believing church confirming your testimony and willingness to grow. Referrals may be emailed to [email protected]

The curriculum includes:

• Handling Horses from the ground
• Understanding basic horse anatomy
• Familiarization with equipment
• Grooming and saddling
• Basic riding
• Trail riding
• Demonstration of starting a horse under saddle
• Initial handling and training of an unbroken horse
• Road trip to select an unbroken mustang
• Mounted games
• An additional waiver will be provided and signature required for those participating in this program.
